It is an existing house in the Nabatiyeh area. However, Mr. Hamedani wanted to modify the current design because it did not meet his needs and his desire to own a home used in a modern spirit.
The Schema team modified the three floors; we added two bedrooms, tuned the living room and the kitchen, and added a unique suite for guests. As for the exterior design, we worked on facelifting the external facades and adding some external elements that helped give more warm touches.
We used natural stone to clad the exterior facades with touches of artificial wood and basalt.we also redesigned the outdoor garden and added outdoor seating cov-ered with a pergola, a barbecue area, a dining table, and a swimming pool.
